I love traveling, exploring new things, and facing new challenges. Grown-up in Bulgaria, but with a “citizen of the world” mindset, I spent more than 10 years living and working in different countries across Europe and Asia. Thriving in different cultural contexts, working with teams of more than 15 different nationalities from all over the world was an enriching experience, for which I am grateful.

Apart from my 20+ years career in Business & IT Consulting, my other passion is start-ups. I am a co-founder, advisor and investor in a number of new business ventures. Additionally, I have also supported several social causes that matter to me.

I believe that each of us “makes his/her own mark” in this world, so through our latest adventure [gaidnts], we want to make a difference in the Financial Services domain. It is amazing how, at the right time and at the right place, you find other “birds of a feather” and you start flying and working together, to create something new and valuable.

Rest and reflection are an important part of any journey. So in my free time I enjoy jogging, hiking, reading, watching movies and spending precious time with my family.

I am a Munich native with a passion for consulting. Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in the exciting world of transforming organizations and IT systems within the asset and finance industry. It’s incredible how every project is a unique puzzle, bringing fresh challenges and opportunities to the table. Working with diverse teams in these engagements keeps me energized and motivated.

One of the perks of my profession is the chance to travel extensively. These projects have taken me to many different countries across the globe, allowing me to explore new cultures, cuisines, and experiences. The blend of professional growth and the joy of discovering new places has been an enriching journey.

Amidst the bustling professional life, I cherish the moments spent with my family in the serene countryside of southern Germany. It’s the perfect escape to recharge and appreciate life’s simple pleasures.

I’m thrilled to embark on a new adventure with [gaidnts]. This venture is the culmination of all the valuable experiences and insights gained from many previous projects. [gaidnts] is a dedicated entity, driven by passion and expertise, aiming to transform organizations and IT systems.

I was born and raised in Simmern/Hunsrück, Germany. After my graduation from high school, I wanted to explore the world and have lived in over five countries, e.g. Australia, Portugal and Italy, throughout my academic and professional live. My professional career has started in consulting from the first internships and after more than eight years still fulfills me in my everyday working live. The combination of exploring the world and being a consultant has brought me to the asset finance sector with the focus of multi-country strategies in the IT transformation.

In my free time I enjoy doing sports, mainly running, cycling, and swimming. Besides sports I also enjoy exploring new countries and cultures, especially in the food section.

After growing up in a small village in the midwest of Germany, I studied business administration with a focus on information systems in Mannheim and Philadelphia. During my studies I worked for an international venture capital company. Since I like to take on new challenges, I decided to pursue a career in management consulting after graduation. A decision I have never regretted: It is always exciting to tackle new issues from different clients in diverse teams and in different places around the world.

Following exciting IT transformation projects in the finance and automotive industry, I discovered my enthusiasm for international IT projects in the asset finance & leasing industry and had the opportunity to be part of the establishment of [gaidnts].

My city of choice is Frankfurt – where I have been living for the last 4 years. Besides work, friends, family and sports are my top priorities. Thus, I spend my winter vacation snowboarding and skiing in the mountains. In summer, I travel the beaches of this world or go hiking in the Alps.

I was born in Rome Italy from Dutch parents and spent my first 18 years growing up in the “eternal city”, where I attended international schools and obtaining my high school degree. After studying in the Netherlands for two years I decided to move to Brighton in the UK where I completed my degree and landed my first job as a Project Manager. It was also here that I met my German wife. We have now been living in Munich for over 15 years and after having covered different senior management roles, I have found my way back to what I love most: managing IT projects, but this time coupled with the knowledge I have built up around the leasing and asset finance industry.
I have a deep passion for fishing and cooking and enjoy spending time with my family.
